Your project

Tell us about your project

Your name, email and project details are required. Everything else is optional, and “not sure” is a fine answer.

What do you need? Check all that apply. Not sure which box fits? Each one is explained in “What each box means.”
What each box means
  • Printing. Brochures, flyers, booklets, business cards, labels and design help. See Printing & design. Letterhead, envelopes and forms are on Stationery & NCR forms.
  • Postcards or EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail). Postcards printed on their own or addressed and mailed, or Every Door Direct Mail for whole carrier routes. EDDM is a USPS service; JMS Print & Mail is an independent printer and mailer. See Postcards and EDDM postcards.
  • Direct mail or mailing. A mailing campaign: the list, the design, the printing, the sorting and delivery to USPS. See Direct mail services.
  • Mailing list or data work. Building a list, removing duplicates (merge/purge) or checking addresses to reduce undeliverable mail. See Data management & lists.
  • Large format. Banners, posters, window and wall graphics, vehicle graphics and yard signs. See Large format printing.
  • Pick and pack. Order handling, inventory management, inserts, personalized messages or packaging, and shipping with carrier partners. See Pick & pack fulfillment.
  • Not sure. Check it, describe your goal in the project details, and we will work out with you which service fits. New to mail? Start with How direct mail works.
  • Mail tracking. There is no separate box. Check Direct mail or mailing and write “tracking” in the project details. We confirm tracking for each project. See Mail tracking.
  • Union label. There is no separate box. Check the closest match and write “union label” in the project details. We confirm the label for each job. See Union printing.
  • Campaign mail. There is no separate box. Check the closest match, such as Direct mail or mailing or Postcards or EDDM, and write “campaign” in the project details. See Political mailing.
A rough number is fine.
For a mailing, the date you want it in mailboxes. A date or a window such as “end of November” works.
What are you printing or mailing, and for whom? Include sizes, where it is going and anything already designed. Rough notes are fine.

Drag files here, or choose them from your device.

Artwork, a mailing list or a sample of what you have in mind. For artwork, a print-ready PDF is preferred. If your files are large, email them to info@JMSPrintandMail.com instead.

Please do not put payment card or Social Security numbers in the form. Your details come to our team so we can answer your request, and our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

    What happens next

    1. We read your request. Someone on our team goes through your details and any files you attached.
    2. We reply. We work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You get a quote, questions about the details, or both.
    3. You approve and we get started. Once the details are agreed with you, we begin work on your project.

    Questions about the quote form

What file types can I attach?

For artwork, we prefer a print-ready PDF. Print-ready means the file is finished, sized for the piece and needs no more design work. If you are not sure, send what you have and we will tell you. We also work with InDesign (IDML, INDD) and Illustrator (AI) files. For a mailing list, Excel (XLS, XLSX) or CSV files work, and CSV is a plain comma-separated list. If your files are large or there are many of them, email them to info@JMSPrintandMail.com instead.

What details make a quote easier to prepare?

These help most, though you can leave out anything you do not know:

    • What it is: a postcard, brochure, banner, mailing or list job.
    • How many, and the finished size if you know it.
    • Who it is for and where it is going.
    • The date you need it by, if there is one.

If you do not know something, say so and we will ask.

Can I request a quote without finished artwork?

Yes. Send a rough layout, a logo or just a description of what you have in mind. Our designers can start from your goals and brand, so you can ask about design and printing in the same request. Check “Printing” and mention that you need design help in the project details. You can read more on our Printing & design page.

Can I give you the details by phone instead?

Yes. Call (347) 466-5873, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and describe the project in your own words. If you have files, email them to info@JMSPrintandMail.com afterwards so we can see what you mean. For the address and how to arrange a pickup or drop-off, see our contact page.

Rough notes are fine for a quote request
