If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can reach us by phone instead, and we can take a quote request that way.

What you can do, and what we ask you not to do

Information and quotes
Information, quotes and orders
The information on this site is general
Our pages describe services, sizes, stocks, finishes and options so you can plan. None of it is a promise that a particular option is available for your job. We confirm specifications and availability when we quote.
A quote is an estimate until we confirm it in writing
Our quotes stay estimates until we confirm them in writing. The specifications, schedule and other details that apply to your job are the ones set out in that written confirmation.
Sending a form is not an order
A quote request, a form submission or a phone call does not by itself create an order or a contract. Work begins once the details are agreed with you.
Your materials
Files, artwork and lists you send us
When you send us artwork, text, images, logos or a mailing list, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that you have the right to give us any contact data for mailing.
You are responsible for the content of what you ask us to print or mail, including any notices or disclaimers it must carry. We use your files only to produce the job you asked for. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Campaign mail. Political mail is subject to disclaimer and list-use rules. Confirm them with your campaign counsel, the NYC Campaign Finance Board or the NYS Board of Elections before you print. Our Political mailing page says more.

Links, certifications and third-party content
Other sites
This site links to services run by other organizations, such as Google Maps and Google reviews, Instagram, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), NYC Small Business Services, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the union printer directory of the Printing, Packaging and Production Workers Union of North America (PPPWU). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
USPS names and marks
References to USPS products, such as Every Door Direct Mail, describe USPS services. Every Door Direct Mail, EDDM, Intelligent Mail and NCOALink are trademarks of the United States Postal Service. We are an independent printer and mailer, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS.
Certifications and registrations
The certifications, registrations and numbers shown on this site come from the issuing organizations' records. They can change, renew or expire. For current status, check the issuer's own record, which our certifications page links to, or call us to confirm anything that matters to your project.

Customer reviews on this site come from Google. We show selected reviews, and the full list is on Google. They are the opinions of the people who wrote them.
