Decoration
Screen printing, embroidery and direct to film
Screen printing presses ink through a stencil onto the fabric, one color at a time. It suits bold logos and designs, especially on T-shirts, hoodies and larger orders.
Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with thread. It suits polos, jackets, hats and uniforms, where a stitched logo looks neat and holds up to washing.
Direct to film prints your design onto a special film, then heat-presses it onto the garment. It suits detailed, full-color artwork and works on many fabrics.

What to gather for an apparel quote
- The garments you want (T-shirt, polo, hoodie and so on) and the colors
- The material you prefer, such as cotton, a poly blend, performance fabric or fleece, or what the garment will be used for so we can suggest one
- How many of each, and the sizes if you know them
- Your logo or artwork. A vector file such as a PDF, AI or EPS is best; a large, clear PNG also works
- Where the design goes: chest, back, sleeve or hat front
- The date you need them, if there is one

Do you do embroidery and direct to film as well as screen printing?
Yes. We offer screen printing, embroidery and direct to film. Tell us the garment and the design, and we will recommend the method that suits it.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (PDF, AI or EPS) gives the cleanest result. A large, clear PNG also works. If you only have a small or blurry image, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be done.
Can I order a small number of shirts?
Tell us how many you need on the quote request form, and we will confirm the options for that quantity.
Can you add apparel to a bigger project?
Yes. Many customers need shirts along with printed pieces for the same event or campaign. Mention everything in one request and we will quote it together.
